General Conditions of Sale

  1. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
  2. We can only accept to ship orders to UK Mainland customers, if you wish to have an order shipped abroad then the order will have to be sent to a UK shipping company.
  3. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse to supply goods you order.
  4. After selecting your payment method on the order processing screen, you are offering to buy the goods at the price stated, subject to our terms and conditions.

Payment

  1. Payment is accepted by the following debit/credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Debit, BACS, CHAPS, Paypal and cheque and this must be received prior to delivery of goods. Accounts are available for Government Bodies and Educational Establishments; they are also available to Ltd Company’s subject to status. Banks are now introducing two-step verification which may be necessary for purchases from Oki Direct.
  2. All products remain the property of Paseana Ltd (Trading as Oki Direct) until payment has been received in full.
  3. All prices stated on the website exclude VAT; Oki Direct reserves the right to change prices. All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods we will refund any money already paid. We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not supply the goods.
  4. The price for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers’ price or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods on our website is incorrect. Should this situation arise we will inform you of the correct price and give you the option to cancel your order.
  5. We only accept payments from UK registered cards.

Delivery

  1. We provide a free next business day delivery on all orders where the value of the order excluding VAT is £125.00 or above, this is applicable to England, Wales and Mainland Scotland. Orders under £125.00 to Mainland UK will incur a £5.50. Orders to non-mainland Scotland, Northern and Southern Ireland are on a 2 day lead time and will incur a £25.00 delivery charge. Please contact us for international delivery prices.
  2. No guarantees are given for next day delivery. However, our mission is to achieve this where possible.
  3. If an item is out of stock at the time of order we will inform you along with the products lead time and give you the option to wait for delivery, choose a replacement item or cancel your order.
  4. Claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made in writing within 5 working days of receipt of the goods.
  5. You will be responsible for the goods once delivery is made or delayed by you at delivery.
  6. We can only deliver to the card registered address for your first order, subsequent orders may go to an alternative address
  7. Deliveries are made on all-day basis between the hours of 8am and 6pm and may require a signature from the recipient.
  8. Where an order comprises multiple items, these may be shipped in separate parts, which we will advise of.

Suitability of Goods

  1. We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, you should check specifications and suitability with the appropriate manufacturer before ordering.
  2. Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
  3. Due to continuing product development the specification or design of goods may vary and therefore images are used for illustration purposes only.

Returns / Faulty Goods

  1. All faulty goods must be reported to Oki Systems by calling 020 3691 9098, who will then either replace the goods or carry out repair under the terms of your warranty.
  2. If within 14 days of receiving the goods you wish to return a faulty item for a full refund you must first call Oki Systems on 020 3691 9098 and obtain a call reference number and then call our office on 0800 170 1415 to arrange collection of the goods. A full refund will only be given if the goods are undamaged, complete and in the original packaging.
  3. If within 5 days of receiving the goods you wish to return them and cancel your order, you should call our office on 0800 170 1415 and you must confirm your request in writing or another suitable method including letter, fax or email. A phone call only is not enough. We can only accept the return of goods providing the goods are complete with all relevant packaging in an unused and re-sellable condition. A full refund will be given as soon as possible or within 30 days. However, business users will be charged an administration charge of 15% and the original carriage charge. You are responsible for the return carriage and insurance of the goods back to ourselves.
  4. For business users the return of goods is entirely at our discretion.
  5. Any goods returned to us without prior authorisation or which are not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
  6. We are legally obliged to return your money within 30 days at the latest. However, should you fail to return the goods after a full refund we may charge you the direct costs of recovery and offset the amount against the refund due.

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason un-enforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions. Any disputes not resolved by the normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales under English Law. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
